Kendra Babbey is a Certified Primal Health Coach and NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Her passion is to help others find happiness and health. With a background in Applied Behavior Analysis, she utilizes behavior change principles within health and wellness to optimize outcomes. Overcoming some of her own challenges with the use of food, she is excited to help others on their journey.
She and her husband live in North Carolina where they are currently training for their first half ironman. She had recently discovered the benefits of yoga and meditation, allowing her to slow down and be present. She is currently enrolled in a yoga teacher training program to share this practice with others.
