Bradley Davidge is a husband and father, a serious home cook and foodie, personal trainer, professional musician, avid reader, self-experimenter, and overall health and wellness geek.
He has been enlisted in the Canadian Armed Forces for the last 11 years. He’s a certified Master Primal Health Coach (PCHI L2) and a certified Personal Trainer Specialist (PTS – canfitpro).
He understands what it’s like to live in today’s hectic and complex modern world, navigating seemingly endless responsibilities and to-do lists, trying to balance everything life throws at you; never mind finding time for yourself!
